Recently, our proxy server suffered an accidental deletion of its entire plugins folder. Unfortunately, no backups were available, meaning we lost all configurations, plugins, and data stored on the proxy — including the encryption key used by our login system.
We have since fully rebuilt the proxy from scratch and everything is back up and running. The only thing we were unable to restore are player login passwords, as these cannot be recovered without the original encryption key.
What this means for you:
• You will need to re-register your password on your next login
• Your progress, ranks, and purchases are completely unaffected
• Only your login password needs to be reset
We sincerely apologise for the disruption. Backups are now in place to ensure this can never happen again.
